The Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation refers many of their clients who are in recovery from mental illness to us. Our trainees, whom we call apprentices, are paid Colorado minimum wage. We are not a sheltered workshop. Our program offers a range of job readiness services such as time management, team-building activities, and interviewing skills. We expect that our graduates will find meaningful employment in the traditional labor market. We design, produce, and sell high-quality, hand-crafted, wellness, meditation, and home décor products such as poufs, meditation bolsters, throw pillows and COVID masks. We have recently begun to make tote bags from material which is repurposed from billboards.
