Specifically, all of our baking mixes are gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free, and vegan. Our baking mixes are all-inclusive; so one baking mix will cover multiple food allergies. Additionally, our baking mixes are easy to use. Just add non-dairy milk, oil, and vanilla; whisk and bake! No mixer needed. Our products are sold to the end consumer and are also sold to bakeries/donut shops.
