The Rose Confectionery was started to offer real opportunity for me, Mimi, a deaf woman, my son Ethan who has Down syndrome and just graduated high school with a culinary pathways choice and food handler's card, and my other son who is a member of the LBGTQ+ community to create a successful business within our community for inclusivity of our collective minorities representing business owners.
