Our mission is to broaden transitional care beyond its current definition by expanding services and leveraging technology to help Older-Adults successfully make these transitions and change the landscape of the senior services industry. It's important to note, by 2030, 20% of the US population will be over the age of 65 and approximately 22% or 15,000,000 are "Solo Agers"".
