We pay a living wage to our therapists and don't rely on tips from our clients, because we believe that massage therapists are healthcare workers deserving of a consistent and reliable paycheck. I think it is also very important to point out that we had to completely rebuild during the covid pandemic (massage isn't something you can do curbside or online), and that barely one year after closing, we expanded our studio, doubled our staff, and have attracted over 2,000 *NEW* clients in a year. We also did this without having a single case of covid transmitted between our staff or our clients, because we value people before profits and exceeded state and local guidelines for safety. I'm so proud of us!!
