Our Story
My daughter and I started this business in 2018. My husband had a less than glowing health checkup the previous year, so I decided we would cut out all grains and sugar. BIG LIFE CHANGE, LOL! I’m the one who missed bread, so I went to the kitchen… My daughter and I started this business in 2018. My husband had a less than glowing health checkup the previous year, so I decided we would cut out all grains and sugar. BIG LIFE CHANGE, LOL! I’m the one who missed bread, so I went to the kitchen and started experimenting. Four months later, I had perfected my recipe. My adult daughter tried the buns, LOVED them and declared this was something we needed to share with the world. Omega Buns were born! Our whole family is involved in the business, from website development, package design, and photos to the day-to-day production.
