We are dedicated to serving the Boise community authentic style gyros, just like you would have in Greece! We serve traditional gyros with hand-stacked marinated meat, gyro bowls, salads, souvlaki plates, traditional appetizers like dolmades and pita with dips and spreads. Customers come from all over to satisfy their craving for our traditional desserts like loukoumades and baklava bites. We also offer an array of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, and have a gluten-free house made pita. Lastly, we put modern spins on menu items like Zeus Fries, Greek Nachos, Greek Pizza, and more. There is something for everyone at Meraki!
