GHHLA is a licensed childcare center serving children between the ages of 8 weeks to 4 years old. We prepare our students for kindergarten by making sure they have the intellectual, emotional, and social skills to make a successful transition into… GHHLA is a licensed childcare center serving children between the ages of 8 weeks to 4 years old. We prepare our students for kindergarten by making sure they have the intellectual, emotional, and social skills to make a successful transition into the next phase of learning. Our curriculum includes early childhood reading, math concepts, development of gross & fine motor skills, cognitive & behavioral development, American Sign Language (ASL), & social & emotional development. We also provide aftercare & summer programs for children up to the age of 13. Activities include educationally based field trips, swimming, home economics, arts & crafts, & vacation bible school. GHHLA is deeply engaged in the community & frequently partner with local law enforcement, fire department, & local businesses. During the COVID-19 pandemic, GHHLA continued to serve the needs of the community by offering additional programming & virtual learning opportunities for families. As we prepare to open our second location, we expect to serve more families & increase employment opportunities within the community in a safe, nurturing learning environment.
