After conducting a brief survey, she learned that 73% of Haitian creatives and entrepreneurs navigated their careers without mentorship. Additionally, only 3% were knowledgeable on topics surrounding funding. While 86% felt a lack of support in their creative careers. As a result, she curated the premier network for Haitian creatives and entrepreneurs, Haitians Who Blog. Tweeted into existence, she created an intimate community of over 900 subscribers and 35,000 social followers seeking mentorship, resources, community, and more.
