Manage contractual obligations between buyer/seller co-op agent, lender, appraiser, inspector, insurance agent and closing attorney. Maintain industry licensing, certifications and continuing education units. Provide counseling to potential homebuyers including credit, saving, obtaining a mortgage and guide them through the homebuying process.
