Duffek Design will guide you through the development process from initial design inception to final project completion. With a team of specialized designers, architects, builders, and skilled industry craftsmen and women, we are a highly focused boutique firm able to provide turn-key service for a project of any size. I grew up in the design and construction business. After receiving my undergrad in interior architecture and design— and working many years for other companies, I realized there were not enough women lead design/ construction companies. After receiving my undergrad in interior architecture and design— and working many years for other companies, I realized there were not enough women lead design/ construction companies. I set out to make a difference and change the face of the construction business. We have since started a 501 c 3 non profit called Design With Purpose. Our mission is to provide remodeled interior spaces for people in need, at no cost to the families in need.
