Our Story

Our story starts ten years ago at a bar in DC. We've always had the gift of spotting flaws in a process or product behind the bar. That lack of detail showed us that there is still room for growth in the market. Our initial business model was focused… Our story starts ten years ago at a bar in DC. We've always had the gift of spotting flaws in a process or product behind the bar. That lack of detail showed us that there is still room for growth in the market. Our initial business model was focused on bar tools. To fund our idea, we curated & executed “Aperitif DC,” a social experience including small sips & bites. We were well on our way, then COVID-19 hit. Finding a way to pivot our funding strategy felt impossible until we were asked to serve cocktails at a local market. We decided to bottle two cocktails from our Aperitif event, & they were a hit. From there, we knew that we had found a white space in a rapidly growing market. So, we pivoted our business model to become an RTD beverage company.
