Women and people of color don't have the access and resources to get ahead, and… X Is Possible is a personal and professional development company specifically focused on meeting the growth needs of communities that have historically been left behind. Women and people of color don't have the access and resources to get ahead, and often don't know what they don't know. We provide customized programs, services and access to mentorship to position Black entrepreneurs, professionals and students - as well as career women from all backgrounds - to succeed.
X Is Possible, LLC solves problems related to long-term career and professional success among under-represented populations. We provide program design and capacity building for government agencies, corporations and nonprofits that desire real, long-term diversity, equity and inclusion solutions. 2. We develop blended learning solutions - combining training, coaching, mentorship, and accountability - for career women who have not had proper guidance through career navigation. 3. We offer a proven program that incorporates career exploration, college readiness, and cultural enrichment to government agencies and nonprofit organizations to ensure access and post-secondary exposure to Black youth. 4. We provide tools and resources to working people - with an emphasis on Black professionals - to help them transition into leadership positions and entrepreneurship.
