I have worked as many volunteer hours as work hours in the last 15 years that I have helped to create Employer Resource Networks. Employees are assisted with any work or home challenge or goal so that they can retain their employment and move beyond barriers, especially those involving basic needs initially, then we move on to skill building and education. It is most definitely, a labor of love. It is very rewarding to see an individual who has struggled in generational poverty to become equipped with the tools and confidence to achieve their dreams.
