We are a women and Black-owned dessert company, and we operate the World's First Oat-Milk Ice Crème Shoppe in New York City, which is allergen-friendly and 100% vegan/plant- based. To expand our consumer reach, we entered into the CPG space by launching, Oaté‚Ñ¢, a line of hard scoop ice cream. By using oats, we have brought a game-changing product that is changing the way people think and feel about non-dairy ice cream.
Our mission is to improve the quality of plant-based foods that are better for people and the planet. Therefore, we use oats to create a smooth, creamy, indulgent experience without any dairy, nuts, or tree nuts that even dairy-lovers cannot resist. Compared to other plant-based milks (i.e. almond milk, etc.), oats also are a sustainable, low input crop that has less of a carbon footprint. In addition, we are also improving accessibility to frozen desserts for those with food allergies and the increasing number of individuals interested in plant-based foods.
