We… Julie and Heather founded Well Defined to be a comprehensive, inclusive, informative wellness destination. Well Defined offers reviews, news, trends, advice, interviews, videos, and more than are highlighted in newsletters, social media, and more. We also recently announced the Well Defined Women in Leadership Conference, which will be taking place March 1, 2022, on International Women's Day in California. Julie and Heather are both revered and respected journalists and wellness experts, speakers, and industry-award judges. Together, they led the American Spa brand for more than 15 years. Under their leadership, American Spa evolved to include a print publication, a popular website, an active social media community, several beloved awards programs, and numerous events.
