The organization was established to meet continuing community needs such as mental health and domestic violence by creating a bridge between agencies and businesses to address community needs, including mental health and domestic violence. The W.A.F.A.A. Organization provides solace to victims of rape, abuse, and domestic violence by providing a variety of services such as crisis counseling and general counseling to turn ictims into survivors as well as a shelter, housing, and a food pantry. The W.A.F.A.A Organization provides help with immigration paperwork and access to legal services. The organization, in partnership with the courts, has an anger management and parenting programs.
