Each hour-long educational class ends with a comparative wine tasting, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses. At our events, we taste wine mindfully after yoga, not during. We believe in making both yoga and wine approachable & fun! We offer in-person events in Austin, NYC, LA and Chicago! We also sell branded tanks and yoga mats.

Our Story
I have worked in wine marketing for around 13 years and began to study wine many years ago; today I have my WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wine. At the beginning of 2017 I took my yoga practice to the next level by becoming a yoga… I have worked in wine marketing for around 13 years and began to study wine many years ago; today I have my WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wine. At the beginning of 2017 I took my yoga practice to the next level by becoming a yoga teacher. During yoga teacher training, our “final exam” was to teach our fellow aspiring yoga teachers a class that we created. My teacher encouraged us to be creative, so I decided to try to incorporate some of my wine knowledge into my yoga class as a fun last project. I had no idea that everyone would love it so much. The amount of positive feedback I received blew me away. Several people asked if I was going to teach these classes in New York when I got back, and that’s what sparked the idea to actually create a company around the concept.
