Along our fresh cuts you will find Ravioli, Gnocchi and Lasagna, always freshly made everyday. Our Cafe' is a meeting point for many locals - a glimpse of Italy in Brooklyn, far from the stereotypes often found. Here you can enjoy a real Italian breakfast and above all savor a good espresso or cappuccino served as the best tradition requires, accompanied by sweet and savory options.

I decided to open Un Posto Italiano in 2018 when I was in a crucial part in my life, I worked for major luxury companies and big corporations for more than 15 years. I came to a point where I wanted to create something that could actually bring joy… I decided to open Un Posto Italiano in 2018 when I was in a crucial part in my life, I worked for major luxury companies and big corporations for more than 15 years. I came to a point where I wanted to create something that could actually bring joy and quality into the life of people wile being my own boss. My husband has been a pasta chef for many years and we always shared a passion for food, wine and being Italian. Visiting our Cafe’, Grocery and fresh pasta store you enter my world, a place where you can experience an authentic journey trough all Italian things, flavors, people and lifestyle. We put all our expertise into every single component of the store and nothing is left to chance. There is no place like this in NY it's truly a little gem in the heart of Brooklyn.
