Within the current sample trafficking system, samples are often damaged, lost, stolen, or affected through some other mistake, which is often hard to pin down. There is no central database, and there is a high risk associated with a notoriously flawed process, leading to an ultimate loss of sales. Our clientele includes retailers, manufacturers, Public Relations Showrooms, Publications, and Fashion Stylists, among others. Through our intuitive platform, which is both web-based and mobile-friendly via an app, clients can track their samples from check-ins to returns, ensuring that they know where their valuable samples are at all times. Our solution includes a real-time sample management dashboard, a virtual showroom of a client's entire inventory of samples, a mobile app with QR code technology for ease of tracking, and a messenger service. Our team at TracksRacks thoroughly vet messengers, i.e., couriers, to ensure they are reliable and trustworthy in handling and transporting our clients' samples. Clients can review messenger profiles from their dashboard. I designed this platform to be a one-stop-shop idealization come to life - the service we offer results in fewer mistakes, fewer losses, and fewer damages.
