Our curriculum focuses on three main areas; speaking, feedback, and leadership, (also known as SPEAK FEED LEAD) and is designed to help students learn communication skills by building confidence one concept at a time. Students begin with simple tools of conversation, which leads to crafting and delivering purposeful messages, after which the student is prepared to deliver a motivational speech on stage to any audience. Leadership skills teach students to give feedback to team members, accept assignments, report to the team, and run a meeting as master of ceremonies. Classes meet weekly either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

In August 2019, Jackie Bailey opened The Speak Feed Lead Public Speaking Studio in downtown Redmond, WA. When the non-profit requirements for public schools was learned, Jackie Bailey created The Speak Feed Lead Project as a 501 (c)(3) in December 2019. As a survivor of childhood abuse, Jackie Bailey understands the devastation that being silenced is for a child’s self-esteem and sense of autonomy and self-sufficiency. For this reason, she began teaching empowered speaking skills to children and teenagers. The mission of The Speak Feed Lead Project is: Giving children, teens, and adults the skills to SPEAK with power, FEED others in word and deed, and LEAD with positive influence.
