We are located on a 60acre former golf course. We offer food & beverage at our bar area. We also have a driving range, horseshoe pits, corn hole tournaments in our recreation area. This year we got approval to add camping and disc golf. We are hoping… We are located on a 60acre former golf course. We offer food & beverage at our bar area. We also have a driving range, horseshoe pits, corn hole tournaments in our recreation area. This year we got approval to add camping and disc golf. We are hoping to add kayaking and tubing in the future because or property is a peninsula surrounded by rivers. Our main focus on my original business model was to be a concert venue that offered weekend camping, food & drink, potential vendors, recreation, and highlighted Indie scene and local artists. We had to drastically change and adjust, I acquired the location of my 8yr dream project at the end of 2019. I was forced to open during the pandemic and have lost my personal life savings adjusting to curveballs, but have managed to BARELY stay afloat. Due to the timing of my acquisition of this location, I HAVE NOT qualified for ANY grants or PPP, EIDL, or RRF. We proved during the pandemic that this formerly seasonal property could make it through the winter, as we incorporated DoorDash & GrubHub, as well as selling Christmas Trees & Campfire wood. My closest friends and I have brainstormed repeatedly in hopes of us surviving and continue building the American Dream. I currently have an agreement to use the EIN #, etc from the real estate holdings company that leases/owns the property, as courts were closed during the pandemic it helped enable us to open.
