The Cecchetti Method is a graded system of classical ballet which takes the student from the first lesson to solo status. Exams are offered to provide students with an opportunity to perfect their technique and test their proficiency within each of the grades.
Les Cher offers primary classes through professional level in both syllabus and non-syllabus. The approximate ages for Primary are 3-6 with one class per week. Pointe work is introduced when the students are physically ready. Pointe students are encouraged to take two ballet classes per week.
Exam candidates are required to take a minimum of two ballet classes per week and will be presented for an exam at the director's discretion. Private lessons may be available to supplement classes for the purpose of extra instruction.
