The company I worked for decided to stop operating and they left me, like many others, in a financial bind. I had a budget of $500 to invest in something and that something was the grazer co. A daughter of Lao Refugees, born in a Thailand refugee camp. In the mid 80s, my family settled in Opelika, a place where I call home. I grew up not having a lot but she remember my mother always creating small dishes for her family and friends to graze on. And those memories left a big impact on me. This led me to calling my business the grazer co. I want to share that love with you and your guests through my grazing ideas.
