I help Leaders and Teams reach their highest potential and bring their best selves to work! After working in corporate America for 20+ years, I left my highly successful career in order to "Lead a Life of No Regrets" and follow my IKIGAI (Purpose) which now enables me to fully pursue my passion for helping people achieve personal excellence.
This led me to establish The ELM Advisory and through the Engage Lead Motivate Advisory Group I focus on three things:
1. Executive Coaching
2. High Impact Leadership and Team Development Workshops
3. Facilitation for High Stakes Strategic Planning Meetings, Team Off-Sites and Leadership Retreats

Through my motivational speaking I impact many lives and inspire people to push the envelope and lead meaningful lives as leaders as well as individuals.

I help professional women in their 40s to 60s discover their purpose and take courageous action so they can lead a life of NO regrets. This sets them on a path to leas purposeful, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
I empower women to:
 be their best selves
 fulfill their true purpose
 build a meaningful legacy
 break out of their mundane existence
 push the envelope and achieve things that they thought were impossible
I provide them access to a free and private Facebook group with many free resources as well as paid coaching programs
