Dina Shepherd, also known as " Dolled by Dina " and Star is an freelance Makeup Artist & a certified Lash technician throughout The DMV area. She started off doing makeup when she was 18 years old, she is now in her 30's; so shes been in this game for a minute. She's a self taught artist, who's taken multiple makeup artistry classes to improve her skills, learning trends, and products. Dina's work has featured Lavern Cox from Orange is the new black , Cast members from Love & hip hop New York , LA , & ATL. Other featured work from Dina has been aired live on Fox 5 Dc & Baltimore, Lead Artist in many fashion shows between the DMV area & Philly and has now branched off into doing makeup at Funeral homes, amongst other featured work. Dina also has a Mink Eyelash & lipgloss brand called " The Dolled Collection" that was created 3 years ago! Her love for the art of makeup comes from knowing that no canvas is exactly like another. No face is exactly like another. That is what makes it so beautiful and exciting! What makes her different ? Her technique, the way she applies the foundation to match skin, the way she's able to make her clients feel & look just like a " doll". Her clients call it the "Dolled by Dina way"!
