We use the prickly pear cactus paddle (aka… The Cactus Water Co. produces delicious and refreshing ¡CACTUS! Organic Cactus Water. Our waters are certified organic, non-GMO, Kosher, and contain just 30 calories and 5 grams of sugar in each can. We use the prickly pear cactus paddle (aka Nopales) in all of our products instead of the fruit. Nopales contains the exact same benefits and nutrients while cutting out a great deal of sugar and calories. We use entire cactus paddles to minimize waste and our supplier only cuts paddles at a time instead of whole plants (new paddles grow back within two weeks without irrigation). We currently have (3) SKUs - Lime, Watermelon, and Papaya flavor. Each can contains over 100% of DV antioxidant vitamin C, natural hydration properties, and amino acids.

When I began selling the paddles at local… Hello, and welcome to my wonderful world of cactus water! My name is Sarita Lopez and my second part of my life really began when I began to eat Nopales (aka Prickly Pear cactus paddles), back in 2014. When I began selling the paddles at local farmers markets, my customers raved about the benefits and how good they felt when eating or juicing the green goodness. In 2017 I decided to expand a bit, and created an organic cactus water that I sold and sampled locally. After again, listening to my customers, I decided to rebrand and reformulate to give them what they were asking for, and ¡CACTUS! was born.
