With these elements… The Balance of Life Project offers a unique program combining yoga & mindfulness practices in a straightforward & intentional way. Our approach incorporates five key elements in each lesson: Connect, Breathe, Move, Focus & Relax. With these elements students are taught fundamental life skills that are available for daily use. We are a resource available to students grades k- 12 & campus employees which makes for a positive school climate, and everyday interactions.
