Author of two ebooks that aim to detoxify the body with easy to follow recipes for anti-inflammatory nourishment, mindful rituals, and wellness tools to reset and recharge. The recipes are easy to prepare with meal plans for the beginner or the advanced.

Her menus reflect a passion for healthy living, boasting traditional comfort foods and gourmet meals, all created with fresh, natural ingredients. Combining a passion for food and entertaining, Aviva cultivated her instinctive talents in the world of New York City catering. Eventually, her determination to pursue her own business interests led to the establishment of The Aviva Group in 2003.
