We have created our small business from scratch, to become a decent place of work for ourselves and others, often disadvantaged, individuals, who we have trained in-house and who we helped to progress and grew up from hands-on helpers to highly skilled technicians in the automotive sector; and then, quite several of whom then went on and got employed by big collision centers like Gerber for instance. Thus, any additional capital will greatly help to maintain our business and possibly expand and be able to hire more employees.
