We have found our niche with property managers and chief engineers who rely on us for the maintenance of their building's sliding glass doors and windows. We make it easy to schedule, we are punctual, clean, and discreet. Here are some of the services we currently provide:

- Window Repair (balance rods, handles, cranks, glass)
- Screens, Screen doors, patio rescreenings
- Weatherstripping and Sealing to protect window and water damage up to 80-90% protection (we are in South Florida, after all!)
Aside from providing excellent service from beginning to end, we provide a 2 year warranty in parts and labor on all our services.
