I started this business in 1996, today we have 13 employees of which 12 are women and 1 male. 90 percent of the ladies are single moms and they have been with me for 17 years, 15, 10 and the least 6 years. We are like family. The pandemic has really been devastating, I have used all my savings because I don't want to let anyone go.
