SPADA is especially focused on the underserved and discriminated against (especially Black and Hispanic communities) or those who may need help improving credit, organizing finances to become qualified, or gaining financial confidence (especially women, veterans, and military families). SPADA's diverse clients successfully buy property, earn passive income, build generational wealth, and gain power in teaching others how to keep the cycle going.
