Sorbet was the unloved stepchild of the ice cream aisle. They knew sorbet was more than a lemon one-dimensional pallet cleanser. They crafted indulgent sorbets with layers of flavor and texture. An indulgent version that is more akin to craft ice cream than traditional sorbet. Deborah and Nicole started selling their unique flavors at farmer's markets. They made their sorbet at night at a local ice cream shop where they were nicknamed the Sorbabes and it stuck. Today their dipped sorbet bars are naturally vegan and gluten-free and so full of pure clean ingredient flavor.
