We allow women to share their… S.I.S, short for Standing in Solidarity is a Christian based organization that assist women striving to be all that God has called us to be. We assist women with job search, resume building as well as spiritual healing. We allow women to share their past hurt and trauma in order to move past it and step into the next best chapter of their lives. We also provide prayer sessions and support groups that allow women to share testimonies and the struggles of everyday life. As the owner of S.I.S it was very important for me to help my fellow sisters get healed from the same situations that attempted to hold me back. Since I have rededicated my life back to God a year and a half ago, I have since overcame addiction and was able to purchase my very first home for myself and my three children. Now I am doing everything out of my home, out of my own pocket. It is my desire to have a place designated for S.I.S. I have been denied for every grant I have applied for. I am praying that I will be blessed with this grant and use the funds to help my fellow sisters make their dreams a reality!
