I started my company in 2018 due to the financial institutions that I worked for over 25 years resulted in a wind down and the departments closed. I decided that that was an opportunity to depend on myself. As a woman (black) in a mostly male… I started my company in 2018 due to the financial institutions that I worked for over 25 years resulted in a wind down and the departments closed. I decided that that was an opportunity to depend on myself. As a woman (black) in a mostly male dominant industry (trucking) the trails have been challenging. In late 2019 I found my groove and then this non forgiving Covid-19 decide to show up and set me up for a frustrating challenge.
