Our Story
I always enjoyed baking since my childhood. I came to the US for academic career. After obtaining my PhD in religious studies, i followed my childhood passion for baking. As a Turkish immigrant woman, i was so long disappointed with the available… I always enjoyed baking since my childhood. I came to the US for academic career. After obtaining my PhD in religious studies, i followed my childhood passion for baking. As a Turkish immigrant woman, i was so long disappointed with the available Middle Eastern baked goods in the Bay Area. So I decided to open my bakery in 2017. My goal is to not only introduce the food that I used to eat in Turkey, Middle East, Greece and other Balkanian countries and the shared culture behind our products.
