(Silver Linings) provides mental health counseling services, including talk therapy, specialized for seniors, their families and caregivers. Silver Linings provides individual and group counseling sessions on-site at the office in Cary, NC and off-site at clients' homes, retirement communities, and community centers. Additionally, in response to COVID-19 safety measures, we added teletherapy services and continue to offer these services, expanding our ability to provide online services across the state of North Carolina.
