We use equitable hiring processes with a focus on creativity and detail that makes our work more unique and original. We serve small businesses and are willing to do any size job. Beyond this, we look at sustainability from all directions. Whenever possible we encourage our clients to choose materials that are made from up-cycled or recycled materials such as denim insulation, and reclaimed lumber. But our vision of sustainability is not limited to material use. We also encourage clients to make choices for the long term and avoid "quick fixes"" which will require rework in the future. "
