Through annual retreats, program initiatives and ongoing touch point interactions, our young women participate in advanced dialogue sessions, outreach efforts, community service projects, regional seminars and global summits. Our belief is to give young women an opportunity to build on their transformational experience while participants and to further their development as women. Since our inception in 2011, SAGSAW has mentored over 900 high school and college female students of color and partnered with over 300 professional women of color and entrepreneurs to assist in the mentorship of our students.
