Organisciak is a first-generation Asian-American. She was born and raised on Long Island by her immigrant parents. Organisciak earned a master's degree from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY, where she studied education, before moving into computer programming. After a career in middle-management for a Fortune 500 company, Organisciak bet on herself and started her company with her husband, Joey Organisciak. Ms. Organisciak is dedicated to workplace diversity and amplifying new voices in the tech industry.
