Jeimy Flournoy, owner, began her career in the beauty industry more than 18 years ago in the Dominican Republic. She has continued in the industry in the Washington, DC area since 2008. She has a now successfully owned and manage Salon 809, LLC since 2015. During this time, Jeimy's hard work and dedication has generated a steady and loyal clientele. Jeimy and her talented team of beauticians, have what it takes to satisfy the diverse clientele the salon receives.
Why we are different:
Most Dominican hair salons in the area lack excellence in customer service and are not focus on healthy hair. At Salon 809, we believe that every client deserves no less than "Healthy Hair and Excellent Customer Service is our Priority." We don't see a customer as a number but rather as an individual, we focus on the clients' health of their hair and we build personal relationships. When our clients see their hair progressing, they keep coming back and stay loyal to us. We offer a variety of organic conditioners and oils made in house and tailor to each client need. We offer refreshments including wine and mimosas to make our clients relax and fees special. We do brunch on big holidays and we always think of ways of how to repay our loyal clients.
