The concept was initially a to-go only concept that operated out of a… Rosie's is a pop-up concept created by the dynamic duo behind The Copper Door, as a business pivot, due to the devastation of the COVID-19 pandemic within the tourism industry. The concept was initially a to-go only concept that operated out of a residential kitchen and a small service window, with a socially distant and safe experience in mind. Since then, the concept was able to adapt and expand into a full-service operation with inviting outdoor space offering, pick-up, to-go delivery and dine-in.
Rosie's offers a feel-good breakfast along with small yet, worth-well lunch selection that combines Italian ingredients and techniques with Southern-American roots and inspiration. Brunch is an exceptionally special experience with signature dishes like chicken & waffles, buttermilk biscuits, and crispy pancetta benedict.
