Toni Tizon-Damiano, MSN, APRN, ABAAHP, FNP-C is a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner who received her Master’s of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Southern California. Toni is board certified with the American… Toni Tizon-Damiano, MSN, APRN, ABAAHP, FNP-C is a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner who received her Master’s of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Southern California. Toni is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has been in the nursing field since 2005. Toni is also board certified with the American Academy of Anti-Aging for Medicine (A4M) with a focus on Functional Medicine which identifies and targets the root cause of problems. Roots Wellness offers Infrared light therapy, IV vitamin drips, gut testing and treatment, bioidentical hormone replacement, peptides, and aesthetic treatments such as Botox/Dysport and Dermal Filler. We offer Tele-Medicine and In person services.
