In order to build a successful robotic-surgery department, everyone involved needs to have the same understanding of the process. My company introduces the following innovative and essential services to maximize robotic-surgery: Development of educational structures, education of surgical and administrative staff, education of surgeons on the importance of what is needed to minimize cost in the operating room, education of training staff, creation of a comprehensive infrastructure supporting robotic surgery that incorporates standardized training educational programs into mainstream medical education across healthcare systems.
We offer comprehensive educational platforms that outline, step by step the process of building a robotic surgical program from the ground up. We provide hospitals with the tools to effectively hire and train key administrative and surgical staff. We offer world class trained first assist professionals who will support lab courses both online and in-person for administrative and surgical staff as well as live hands-on first assist courses for fellows, residents, physician associates, and nurses.
Generally, first assistants are not trained well enough to properly anticipate the tools and procedures necessary for the most efficient possible robotic surgery program. This undermines cost performance, patient experience, time-management and team morale/success.
