Or advise on how to get out of the ownership a legal/legitimate way. The industry is unfortunately filled with scammers so what I do is very niche and we deal with a lot of issues of people who are wary of who to trust and who not to. I have heard so many stories of owners who have been scammed out of money and I do what I can to help them get that back, if possible. Many times I do not charge for this help.
