Within this creative space I make artwork and I have honed a studio assistant program for emerging artists seeking professional development. In 2016 I reconfigured my second out-building into a community clay space, complete with 11 wheels, handbuilding tools, tables, lots of shelves, and three semi-private studios for assistants. RCS offers a small number of studio access memberships, online clay workshops, adult professional development opportunities for emerging artists through studio assistant positions, and social events. These offerings are all aimed at fostering a vibrant community. Through these endeavors, people are brought together to connect with each other and feed their creativity.
