When the pandemic started, people were throwing away personal belongings they did not want anymore,( I work for a sanitation department) and I felt bad that everything was going into the landfills as no charities were closed and not accepting… When the pandemic started, people were throwing away personal belongings they did not want anymore,( I work for a sanitation department) and I felt bad that everything was going into the landfills as no charities were closed and not accepting donations. I knew that perfectly good books and textbooks were getting thrown away along with other items. I researched and decided to go all-in and ask for books on Facebook so that they would not go into the landfills. I learned all by myself how to prep books, and get them ready to sell on Mercari, eBay, and Amazon FBA. Since October, I have learned a lot and still have so much more to learn. I am working on my retirement job with this business so my husband and I can work this together. The future is my oyster.
