I realized that while the work I did was extremely meaningful, it often lacked some of the strategic depth that would unlock innovation growth opportunities. I transitioned into corporate America and spent the last 7 years building subject matter expertise and leveraging strategic frameworks alongside the best minds in the industry. My heart is to see small business owners, nonprofit leaders and faith-based organizations implement these same tools to achieve growth and solve problems. Recognizing that these organizations don't often have the budgets of corporate entities, I can help fill that gap and make corporate strategy and ideation accessible.
