We founded PinPoint Collective because we wanted to bring design thinking to business owners like us - small & medium size entrepreneurs looking to make a real impact in their companies and in the world. We like to say ‘an actress and an architect… We founded PinPoint Collective because we wanted to bring design thinking to business owners like us - small & medium size entrepreneurs looking to make a real impact in their companies and in the world. We like to say ‘an actress and an architect walked into a bar’ and the rest is history. In reality, we come from diverse backgrounds that collided at one of the top human-centered design consultancies in Chicago. Faith - a veteran actress who has evolved empathic storytelling into a comprehensive process for researching people. Stacy - a Harvard-trained architect who has evolved into a strategic futurist. Together, we lead a team of researchers, strategists & creative thinkers in partnership with architects, web designers and branding agencies to support companies innovate the future.
